Finally tried out the new(ish) Lone Star Taco Bar with @eaparise (who’s moving to NYC this weekend, wah) yesterday. It opened near my apartment a couple months ago, and I totally regret not going sooner. Grilled avocado with cheese, braised tofu, and grilled corn; beer battered white fish tacos with pickled cabbage; and spicy beef with mushrooms and chilis on fried tortilla. Everything tasted even better than it photographed, to be honest.
