Avocado spaghetti with carrots & cucumber! Am I the only one who gets stressed waiting for an avocado to ripen? I always cut it too early or too late. This time was almost perfect, though I probably could’ve held off a day more.

  1. liushui said: I am embarrassed to say that I have both no clue how to peel an avocado nor any clue when the right time to peel is! How do you know it’s ripe?? I’ve googled this before and it seems like a delicate process, and avocado costs so much in China…
