I did, however, manage to make scallion pancakes. Mine didn’t come out as flaky as I wanted, but I think that’s because I made them thin. Next time I’ll add a teaspoon of yeast/sugar for thickness.

  1. liushui said: LIKE. I didn’t know you could add yeast for thickness! I’ve always used cornstarch. That said, my scallion pancakes taste nothing like the kind in restaurants. ^^;
