Flying back to Boston today! I joked with @thatluciegirl last week about how there’s nothing like spending some time at home to remind myself why I rarely come home, but it’s always a little sad leaving. After all, home is one of the only places in the U.S. that I get to eat some of my favorite Chinese dishes (ma shi, rou jia muo, hua juan…. basically anything flour-based). The logical solution would be to finally learn how to cook Xi’an food… or I can continue having my mom stuff my suitcase with filled tupperware.
