Roasted pear & sliced almond salad, potato gratin, and duck fat fries with aioli & dijon mustard for NYE dinner @ Cafe Patachou. I survived two glasses of champagne and a sip of baijiu at midnight that felt like someone dropped a lighted match down my stomach. Even absinthe tasted better.
